Back in Colorado

{Photo of the day: Utah did what it does, it’s red dirt turned everything we own pink.}

Today our winter travels throughout the Arizona (and Utah) desert concluded. I feel confident in saying it was one of the best winters of my life.

We’re currently spending one night at the same RV park in Grand Junction that we stayed at before leaving Colorado in November, which got me thinking about the last time we paid for a place to stay. In our five months traveling around the desert, we paid for a total of 10 nights.

That’s roughly 140 nights of free camping. Not only were they free but they were shared with people we adore in places we love. I think it’s safe to say that we’ve struck a rhythm with this full-time RV thing.
